The Officer Commanding Personal Flight Holding who is also responsible for the personal effects of personnel who have died, states that 2 pallets of Robert's effects were delivered along with accompanying paperwork, on the 29th September 2011, to the location at RAF High Wycombe.
The following day (30th) a Warrant Officer opened an envelope which was amongst the procedural paperwork, and marked "RESTRICTED STAFF", which contained a note from the effects officer at RAF Benson explaining that enclosed was a secondary suicide note which was not found at the time Robert's body was found. The OC immediately phoned RAF Benson telling them this note should be brought to the attention of the RAF Police or the Investigating agency (TVP). This was was then handed to the RAF Police at High Wycombe.
This explains why only 4 notes were originally discussed, but it does not explain the incompetency of the TVP Officers who sealed off the room and searched it, nor does it explain the incompetency of the RAF at Benson who did not recognise it as significant enough to be part of the investigation and just put it into an envelope and send it to High Wycombe where it was only recovered 19 days after the death.

After training was complete and Robert became a fully fledged Fire Fighter he was stationed at Benson.
You would be forgiven for believing that RAF Benson was a place of honour and dedication, however you would be wrong. It was a den of iniquity and the Fire Section alone had they been part of a Civilian Fire Brigade would have been sacked with no remuneration.
That is not to say that everyone should be tarred with the same brush, far from it, for the RAF are a vital part of our Armed Forces and they have more dedicated members than the few rotten apples who tarnish their bravery and the respect gained down through the years and conflicts.
The top brass have a lot to answer to also, for they have built a wall of silence ordering no contact with the family, posting those involved to all four corners of the world to hide them away. They even ordered them not to turn up at the inquest. However they allowed the same individuals to be pallbearers at Robert's military funeral. However had the family known the full story of these individuals they would not have allowed it.
Back to Benson however and it's reputation.
THE BROTHER of a 13-year-old girl sexually assaulted by an RAF Sergeant is furious he walked free from court.
RAF Sergeant Daniel Burt admitted touching the girl in a bed at RAF Benson in 2001.
He was given a 12-month jail term at Oxford Crown Court, suspended for two years eight days ago.
He must also pay £1,200 costs, take a sex offender group work programme and go on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
The brother of the victim – who cannot be named to protect his sister’s identity – said: “It’s a travesty, it’s a total miscarriage of justice.
“I was hoping for two or three years in jail. It would keep him where he should be so he can’t hurt anyone else.
“It was extremely upsetting. I used to have faith in the justice system, but I don’t have any now.”
The court last week heard how the 37-year-old took his victim and two other girls to the family club and bought the girls Bacardi Breezers.
The victim said she felt ill and was taken home to bed.
Nikki Duncan, prosecuting, said the girl had pretended to be asleep as Burt, who was drunk, entered the room and touched her under the covers.
Her older brother said: “The assault has affected my sister in ways I can’t describe. It led to years of counselling and therapy.
“She is absolutely appalled too. But we’re trying to look on the bright side in that it is some closure for her. But any abuse, be it mental, physical or sexual, cannot be tolerated.
“I can’t understand how someone can go to jail for calling someone else a name, or other minor crimes, and yet he is free to walk away.”
He added: “I’m just appalled that I feel this helpless.”
A family friend of Burt gave a character reference in court.
She said: “He has never been free of the burden of the guilt of what he has done. It has had a devastating effect upon him and his family, and he has at times been suicidally depressed, and has never been able to forgive himself for these acts.”
Burt is currently still employed by the RAF and is stationed at RAF Cosford in the West Midlands.
An MoD spokesman said: “Sergeant Burt’s future in the RAF is currently being considered.
“In accordance with Queen’s Regulations for the Royal Air Force, when a serving member of the Royal Air Force is sentenced by a civilian court in the UK to a custodial sentence, notwithstanding any appeal lodged against conviction, they will not, save in exceptional circumstances, be retained in the service.”
A corporal who raped a 17-year-old girl during a disco on a military base where he worked as a guard has been jailed for five years.
Scott Atkins, 29, grabbed his terrified victim outside the toilets in a bar before he ripped her clothes off and raped her.
Father-of-three Atkins, who served in the Military Provost Guard Service, attacked the girl at a disco at RAF Benson, Oxon., on January 28.
He denied raping the girl the following day and claimed she had consented to the sex.
But after a week-long trial at Oxford Crown Court Atkins was convicted of rape by a majority verdict of 10-2.
Sentencing him to five years in prison, Judge Gordon Risius told him: 'It's a matter of concern that although it appears you accept the jury's verdict, you cannot accept you committed the crime.
'You need to take responsibility for what you did that night.' Earlier the court heard married Atkins had been drinking at the Dolphin pub in Wallingford, Oxon., before going onto a disco at the base's Eagles bar.
He met the girl in the bar and the pair drank together before she went to the toilet.
He followed her and grabbed her, ripping her clothes before subjecting her to a brutal rape.
Gareth Branston, prosecuting, told the court: 'This defendant and a 17-year-old girl were chatting and drinking together at a bar.
'The defendant, who is married and significantly older, decided to force himself on her.
'He grabbed her outside the toilets, dragged her upstairs and there, despite her protestations, he undressed her and began to rape her.'
The attack happened at a disco based on RAF Benson, Oxon, in January of this year
Atkins, who only told his wife about the rape charge when he was convicted last month, maintained the encounter was consensual.
Adrian Amer, defending, said: 'The author of his pre-sentence report says he was ultimately left with more questions than answers and that may very well be the hallmark of this case.' After the case a spokesman for the RAF said: 'We can confirm that a serving member was charged with rape and subsequently convicted.
'All those who are found to fall short of the RAF's high standards or who are found to have committed an offence under the Armed Forces Act are dealt with administratively, up to and including discharge, or through the discipline process as appropriate.'
Sergeant in court accused of raping colleague
AN RAF sergeant has been accused of raping a female colleague after a day of drinking.
Stewart Fryatt, 38, a married father-of-one, had been watching Six Nations rugby in a bar with a group of friends when the incident happened, Oxford Crown Court heard.
The 23-year-old woman walked out of the Cavern underground bar at RAF Benson at about 10pm on March 19 after discovering that the toilet facilities in the air base bar were closed.
She was followed by Fryatt, who put his hand inside her leggings before raping her from behind. The woman told the court that she heard groaning and asked him to stop.
It was not until about 2am, after Fryatt had left the bar saying he felt sick, that the woman called friends and informed the RAF police. Prosecutor Nadia Chbat told the jury that the aircraft technician had "forcibly" raped the woman.
She said: "They had gone to the outside toilets in the main hangar. Mr Fryatt had tried the door but it was shut.
"The alleged victim then went down a side alleyway and Mr Fryatt said he would keep an eye out for any passers-by.
"She heard Mr Fryatt talking to someone and she zipped up her trousers. This is when she was sexually assaulted and raped."
Fryatt, who has served 17 years with the RAF, had denied one count of rape and another of sexual assault.Clare Fraser, defending, said it was the woman who initiated sex.
She said: "What happened around that corner in the 20 minutes they were away was not rape.
"She agreed to have sex with him. She was willing to have sex with him."
Miss Fraser said the woman had been wearing underwear, leggings and a jacket that reached her thighs, making it very difficult to reach inside her underwear without co-operation.
"He wouldn’t have been able to do that unless she was willing to help him," she said.
Miss Fraser asked the jury to consider why the woman did not tell her friends what had happened until much later and continued to sit next to Fryatt after they had returned to the bar.
She suggested that as having sex in an alley was not considered "attractive", the woman might have been ashamed to admit to it.
Miss Fraser added: "Is she embarrassed or ashamed because it is work and they are people she knows and they have clearly been away for 20 minutes. Is this what this is about?
"People say things for different reasons. People make allegations of rape that are found not to be true."
The jury also heard that the woman had drunk up to eight cans of cider from 1.30pm.
She told police that she had felt "tipsy and merry" when she was in the alley. The woman claimed that Fryatt had been talking about his daughter and the split from his wife throughout the day and evening.
Fryatt told the investigating RAF police officers that he had flirted with the woman and she had flirted back. He said that he found the encounter "quite erotic".
Judge Julian Hall told the jury that Wing Commander Paul Ross had described Fryatt as being of "impeccable character" but that this did not absolve him.
The judge said that with no witnesses, the jury’s decision would come down to Fryatt’s word against that of the alleged victim.
He said: "Her case was she said, ‘What are you up to, what are you doing? Stop. His case is she was all for it, in fact it was she who initiated it. There are two very different accounts and they are of course the only people who can speak at the scene."
Judge Hall said there was no suggestion that Fryatt or the woman had been "falling down drunk".
Witnesses reported seeing the pair talking in the bar with the woman sat on Fryatt’s knee.
The jury retired to consider its verdict on Wednesday and the case continues.
Stewart Fryatt was found 'Not Guilty'!

RAF sergeant cleared of raping colleague10:30am Friday 20th January 2012 in Wallingford
AN RAF sergeant has been cleared of raping a woman at an Oxfordshire air base.
Stewart Fryatt, pictured, always maintained he had consensual sex with a 22-year-old woman at RAF Benson in March last year.
At Oxford Crown Court yesterday, jurors returned from three hours of deliberations to return not guilty verdicts on a charge of rape and another of a serious sexual assault.
The 38-year-old was discharged from the dock and embraced by his family and friends outside court.
His solicitor Martin Harvey said: “We all agree with the jury’s verdicts.
“It has been 12 months of hell for Mr Fryatt and his family and we all hope he can get his life back together.”
Mr Fryatt told the four-day trial that he and the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been flirting at a bar on the base while watching a Six Nations rugby match on television.
He said he accompanied her outside to help her find the nearest toilet before she began kissing him and they had consensual sex in an alley.
Mr Fryatt, who was a technician working on Merlin helicopters, had been at RAF Benson for 12 years.
He is now stationed at High Wycombe. Last night an RAF spokesman said that he would be eligible to continue his career.

Group Captain Richard Mason OBE MA RAF formally handed over the appointments of Station Commander and Puma and Merlin Force Commander to Group Captain Nigel Colman OBE MA RAF today. An experienced fast jet and helicopter pilot who has completed numerous operational tours around the world, Group Captain Mason departs RAF Benson for the Higher Command and Staff Course.
On his departure, Group Captain Mason commented:
“It has been a real privilege to command such a distinguished Station as Royal Air Force Benson at such a busy and important time; the Merlin and Puma helicopters of the RAF Support Helicopter Force have played a key role in the Defence of our country over the last two years. Whether supporting coalition forces on the battlefields of Afghanistan or patrolling the skies over London as part of the Air Security Plan during the Olympic Games, personnel from RAF Benson have performed magnificently. As ever, the support of our families and the local community has been key during a time of great uncertainty and change. The Service and civilian personnel at RAF Benson have risen to every challenge with professionalism and pride; it has been humbling to see such commitment at all levels across the Station. As I hand over to my successor, I do so in the confidence that everyone at RAF Benson will continue to uphold the Station’s motto, ‘Spectemur Agendo; let us be judged by our actions.’
An experienced helicopter navigator, Group Captain Colman joins RAF Benson following a tour as the Deputy Air Component Commander for No 83 Expeditionary Air Group and Commanding Officer of 901 Expeditionary Air Wing in Al Udeid, Qatar. However, he is no stranger to RAF Benson, having previously commanded 78 Squadron between 2007 and 2010, during which time he successfully integrated the additional Mk 3A Merlin helicopters into the Merlin Force and subsequently led the Merlin Force into Afghanistan in 2009. Having previously served with 33 Squadron and the Rotary Wing Operational Evaluation and Training Unit, Group Captain Colman brings extensive experience to the many facets of operations at RAF Benson.
On his arrival, Group Captain Colman commented:
“I am honoured to be appointed as the Station Commander at RAF Benson. I know from past experience that the personnel of RAF Benson are exceptional and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead them through the next two years. There are undoubtedly challenging and exciting times ahead, not least sustaining the Merlin Force, and the excellent reputation the Force has worked hard to build, for as long as is required on operations in Afghanistan while also looking forward to the introduction of the enormously-capable Puma Mk 2 aircraft; I am certain that, as always, RAF Benson will rise to every challenge. I also look forward to renewing old friendships and preserving the close relationships the Station has with our local community.”

Only after several complaints by the family did the RAF decide to hold a Service Enquiry. Wow! A chance to air their views! No chance! The biggest Whitewash ever was about to be unveiled.
Click on any image to expand it. Place your cursor on any image to move forward or backwards
the service enquiry (part 1)
The family took part in this whitewash, however they had to take the oath and none of their questions were answered! Instead the panel of RAF Officers only wanted to know if the RAF had done a good job with the funeral. When asked if this was just to show the RAF's good side we were told "YES"!
There are many points in this report that constitute the word whitewash.
The family were also told there would be a second part to the enquiry which would entail questioning the RAF witnesses, and they would receive a copy. Only after constant lettering and e-mails and requests by the family's MP and Lawyers did they receive some semblance of a report which was obtained only through the Freedom of Information Act..
Look for yourself!

I'm not sure what he's lying about but he's hiding something and guiding the others, please don't share this as it will stop the information I can share when I find it out with you, but please know there are people in the background working on the people being questioned as we all feel the same that a miscarriage of justice has occurred. I will mail again if I hear anything new that can help but if people find out I'm emailing you they will shut down the information they share with me , for the past few weeks the police has been revisiting the statements taken last year so hopefully this will push the ipcc to reopen the case, and you will get justice for robert

I take it this will be classed as a negative and be removed cos in your world theres only one side to this story that you want to hear, well good look in your failing battle, 2 innocent people paying the price for your personal justice. accept what has happened and move on.
Good luck with your enquiries and I do genually feel for you but the way your goin on, you will be the ones in trouble for all your slander and threatening behaviour to 2 innocent heart of gold people.
